| Hawaiian Village, an
unicorporated community of 155 housing units along the Platte River in
southern Sarpy County, has community water wells and a community wastewater

| Legge Lake, an unincorporated
residential community located near the Platte River sourtheast of North
Bend in Dodge County, currently has about 35 residences. |
| The Village of Cedar Creek,
with a population of about 330, is located along the Platte River in northern
Cass County. While the village is connected to a rural water system,
homes are served by private septic systems. |
| Gans Lake,
located sourth of Columbus and south of the Platte River in Platte County
is in the area affected by a border disagreement between Butler and Platte
Counties. |
| Brandenburgh's
Lake, south of the Platte River in Platte County, is an unicorporated
residential community with approximately 80 houses. |
| Shyla Estates
is
an unincorporated lake community located near the Platte River in Butler
County. |
| Wolf Lakes - 4 separate
lakes hosting great fishing and boating opportunities for outdoor lovers.
Located close to Morse Bluff, Nebraska this gated community hosts permanent
dwellings on leased lots. |
| Timberwoods is an
exclusive residential lake development of a dozen homes west of Fremont,
Ne on Hwy 30. |
| Curtis Acres hosts
42 home sites on approximately 440 acres of land in Douglas County.
With it's 300 acre lake, each lakefront property has about 250 feet
of shoreline. Permanent residents enjoy paved roads and a no wake lake.

has multiple gates to access the community. Roads are paved and there

an older community of cabins and homes in the Venice area. It's gated
entrance is east off of Hwy 92 next to the Platte River bridge. This
community is unique because one of the cabins hosts a real working windmill. |
